Red Hot! Amanda and Blake

Hehe, Blake's cowboy cutout pose: I'm diggin' it!

Amanda and Blake both have the most gorgeous red hair! Growing up my sisters and I are all huge Anne of Green Gables fans, and so I might be a teeensy bit jealous (doesn't Amanda have that classic, turn-of-the-century beauty? Double jealous) We did their bridal session on temple square (they are getting married there next month) so that their wedding day could be a bit more relaxed, less pressure than trying to cram all the photo op spots on temple square into one day. What I loved about it is that most weddings are in the morning and late afternoon, so you never get those spectacular sunset colors...Plus they brought along the cutest turquiose umbrella...It was such a fun night!

Sneak Peek

So I just got back from Lara and Evan's beautiful wedding. I'm right smack in the middle of one of my busiest weeks (bridals, 2 weddings, and a family shoot this week...which can probably be matched only by the 3 weddings I have in a weeks time in October) but I wanted to post a quick peek at Blake and Amanda's bridal/groomal shoot at temple square from Tuesday night. I picked it totally randomly, cuz there's like a million great shots...seriously. 2 good-lookin' redheads make for some super awesome photos! But here's this for now, I'll have the rest soon!

The Canning Family

The Canning Family was so sweet! We had a great time even though the clouds were rolling in overhead on us! They had a fun idea to do their hands for a "hold to the rod" sort of shot, and I loved that the moms and dads wanted to get a few romantic pictures sans kids...it was awesome. Check out some of my faves!

The Fry Family

Ami and I used to work together, and even though I don't work at the bank anymore, we're keeping the tradition going strong, because this is the fourth time I've photographed her family, which is so awesome! I've done her side of the family twice, one session of just her and her husband and kids, and now with his side of the family! I love getting to watch these kids grow up! And can you tell these girls have done this before? They really know what to do in front of the camera, I love it! Thanks for a great shoot guys!
