Earlier this week I was contacted by a sweet lady named Sharon Crown (who recently attended the workshop I cohosted in September) about doing something special for National Adoption Month.  Sharon and her family recently welcomed a special baby girl into their family through adoption.  I hadn't really thought much about adoption before this year...but in the last several months I've met some amazing birthmoms, some blessed adoptive families, and even had some of my own family (a cousin and his awesome wife) start the adoption process themselves.  So, needless to say, Sharon's request touched me.  I jumped at the chance to contribute.  So please, go to Sharon's blog, where the giveaway is being hosted, and check out the details and show your support for adoption.

Remember this girl?  She was only my intern for 3 marvelous months.  I miss her!  But she is graduating from Fremont High this month and headed out for bigger and better things...namely, the Graphic Design program at Utah State.  She's a hot shot, all right.  Here are a few quick peeks at her session from this evening.

Christmas Card Sessions!

So its that time again! My second annual Christmas Card sessions are right around the corner!

The Christmas Card Sessions are single family sessions that run about 45 minutes to an hour. They include your high resolution disc, copyright release and 25 custom christmas cards with envelopes for the discount price of $129! I am currently booking the following days and locations:

I will book 3-4 sessions per date, except for on November 27th, when I will be at the Union Station all day. Sessions are available on a first come, first serve basis so if you have a particular place/time that you want, contact me as soon as possible!

More dates/locations will be added as demand calls. Multi-family sessions are also available at the discounted price of $159, and will include a high-res disc for each family.

Additional Christmas Cards can be purchased for $20 for each set of 25 cards.

Back to School sale!

I was looking through my old elementary/jr high/high school pictures the other day. I never had one I really liked. They sit you in front of a blah background, say "smile," take one picture, then rush you away so they can do it to the next kid in line. And then they expect you to spend a bunch of money on the prints.

It's time to end the reign of the terrible school-pictures. Once and for all.

Normally my portrait sessions cost $149, but for this month I'm doing all portrait sessions for $99 and I'm throwing in Print Package A, which includes 1 8x10, 2 5x7s and a sheet of wallets. ($29 value). Total savings? 79 bucks! And you get a whole CD full of pictures of your favorite little person (or people...do all your kids at once!) to do with as you please...because you have the copyright.

Got a newborn? Missionary? Senior? Switch out Package A for 25 4x6 custom announcements.

Fall Family Special

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing a family photo blitz this month, so tell everyone you know! Get a $10 discount on the regular family shoot price AND free Christmas Cards! I have fliers and business cards for anyone who is interested. Here are a few samples of the Christmas Cards I've done so far for this season, but I can whip one up to whatever specifications are needed. And remember, all proceeds go to the "support Crystal while she's on unpaid maternity leave in December" fund. And if you already have a family picture you want on a Christmas Card (provided you have the copyright) you can purchase (or have me design) 25 of these 4x8 designs w/ envelopes for $20.
