This next one reminds me so much of old photographs I've seen of my grandmother taken in the 1930s.
It just makes me feel so nostalgic.

Britta's Portrait Session
So I've been saving this session to post on a rainy day to match it. That day was yesterday (so I'm a little behind...but my heart was in the right place!) Britta never got her senior pictures taken when she graduated a year or so ago and wanted to get a portrait session to make up for it. I said, let's do it! It's never too late to have a session that is all about YOU. I was a bit worried the day of when it was pouring, but as it turns out, that's exactly what Britta wanted. There's just something about the rain that elevates the spirit, isn't there? (Until I come home and discover the roof is leaking again...but that is another matter entirely.)

Love the bridge and the reflection in the puddles! Nice job, as always. :)
She's beautiful, and she can work the camera too. Great photo shoot. I love the fall/rainy combo, and umbrellas and scarves are perfect props. Fantastic!
