No really. I do. Its an old church that has been made into a reception center. It is like 2 blocks from my house. And I used to take dance classes here when I was little. (Yay for Tutu Tots!)
And its for sale.
I salivate every time I drive by.
Wouldn't it make the most awesome studio in the world?
One of two things has to happen. A. someone can lend me the 749,999 dollars I'm short. or B. someone can go ahead and buy it already so I can move on with my life. :)

My first thought when I saw this was, what business could I put here? (Besides the wedding house it was)
Such fond memories! Did the wedding reception hall gig not work out for it? Seriously, some buildings have the hardest time deciding what they want to be when they grow up.
